What we do

Build the software your business is ready for

Start with a web app, a mobile app or a custom internal tool. Product planning, design, development and launch stay connected, with direct access to the engineer responsible for the result.

How an engagement runs

A clear path from an early idea to a product you control. You always know what decision comes next.

1

Project fit

Start with a 30-minute call about the people, the problem, the budget and the timing. If the project is not a fit, you find out early.

2

Scope and design

Turn the idea into a focused first version, a clickable flow and a written proposal. You know what is included before development starts.

3

Build

Review working software throughout the build. Questions, trade-offs and progress stay visible instead of disappearing into an agency process.

4

Launch and handover

Launch with the code, store listings, infrastructure and documentation in your control. Continue with support or take the product forward yourself.

Put the full customer workflow in one place

Accounts, permissions, payments, bookings and reporting are designed as one product instead of added as disconnected parts later.

  • A responsive product for phones and computers
  • Customer and admin workflows designed together
  • Reliable hosting, monitoring and critical-path testing

Launch on iPhone and Android together

One maintainable codebase can deliver a polished app on both platforms, with native behaviour where the product needs it.

  • Product flows and a clickable prototype before development
  • Store submission support for both platforms
  • Notifications, payments or offline use when required

Give the business a tool that fits the real process

Replace repetitive copying, follow-up and approvals with one simple system connected to the tools already in use.

  • Internal tools and client portals built around the workflow
  • Integrations with payments, scheduling or CRM systems
  • Clear roles, reporting and an audit trail
your project, start to handover
  • Scope agreed and signed off
  • Clickable prototype approved
  • Logins and permissions
  • Moving your existing data
  • Handover to your team

Questions we get before the first call

A rough idea is enough for the first conversation. You should know who the product is for and what it should help them do. The first useful step is usually deciding what belongs in version one and what can wait.
It depends on the users, features and systems involved. Share a budget range in the form if you have one. If the project is unlikely to fit it, you will hear that before a call is booked. A written proposal confirms the scope and estimate before development begins.
You work directly with the engineer responsible for the product. The same person takes part in scoping, product decisions, development and launch, so details do not get lost between sales and delivery teams.
No. Existing apps, prototypes and partly finished products are welcome. A short review comes first so you get an honest answer about what is worth keeping, what needs repair and whether continuing is better than rebuilding.
Yes. User flows and a clickable prototype are part of turning an idea into something ready to build. If you already have finished designs, they can be reviewed and used as the starting point.
Yes. Keep the first form submission high level and ask for an NDA before sharing confidential customer data, credentials or proprietary documents.
Your business does. Source code, cloud services and app store accounts are kept under your control. The goal is a product another qualified engineer can maintain without needing permission from this studio.
You get documentation and a handover, plus an agreed period for launch fixes. Ongoing support and the next product phase can be planned separately if you need them.
The best fit is a founder or small-business decision maker with a clear problem, a real user and room in the budget to build custom software. This is not a staff-augmentation service or an enterprise procurement consultancy.
Yes. The company is Canadian and works remotely with clients across North American time zones. Projects can be invoiced in CAD or USD.
Not sure which one?

Describe the problem in plain language

You do not need a technical brief. A 30-minute call is enough to decide whether the next step is a mobile app, a web app, a custom tool or a smaller plan first.
