Who is responsible for your information
Software Consulting Inc. is a Canadian software company and is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, email hello@softwareconsulting.ca.
What the website collects
The project form collects the information you choose to send, including your name, email address, project type, project stage, budget range and project description. When you submit the form, the website may also include the page you arrived on, the referring page and campaign parameters in the address, such as UTM values or an advertising click identifier.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, health information or confidential customer data through the form. Ask for an NDA before sharing sensitive project material.
How the information is used
- To review and respond to your project request.
- To decide whether a call or proposal is a useful next step.
- To understand which campaign or page produced the enquiry.
- To maintain normal records of business correspondence.
Your enquiry does not add you to a newsletter or an automated sales sequence. Personal information from the form is not sold.
Service providers
Hosting and email delivery providers process information only as needed to operate the website and deliver your enquiry. Some providers may process data outside Canada under their own security and privacy obligations.
Advertising and analytics
This version of the website does not install advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. Campaign parameters are included only when you choose to submit the project form. If advertising or analytics tools are added later, this policy and the website consent controls must be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and security
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a proposal and maintain required business records. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect the information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where the law permits it. Send the request to hello@softwareconsulting.ca. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have a concern about how your information is handled.
