Understand and define the scope
Bring the idea, who it is for and examples of what it needs to do. We check the options and define the first useful version with you. The proposal sets out the features, deliverables, estimate, milestones and what you need to supply. Open questions are investigated before committing to the build.
Build and review together
Review working pages or software at the agreed milestones, using examples from your business. You provide content, account access and decisions; we handle the agreed design and development. Requests are checked against the scope, with changes to cost or timing agreed before extra work begins.
Prepare the launch and handoff
Test the agreed user journeys and prepare the release. The handover covers the code, accounts and documentation specified in the proposal. Before launch, confirm who manages hosting, recurring service costs and updates, along with any included support. Future maintenance or features can then be planned as a separate scope.
