What you share with us.
The project form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and a description of your project. Timing and budget are optional. The form also sends the language in which it was submitted. If you email us directly, we receive the information you include in that message. Please leave passwords, payment details and sensitive personal information out of your enquiry.
Why we use it.
Your enquiry is sent to our business email inbox so we can read it, reply and discuss your requirements, scope and next steps. Submitting the project form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. If a project goes ahead, arrangements for information needed during the work are discussed separately.
Website and email providers.
Vercel hosts the website and processes the form submission. Resend sends the enquiry notification, including your project details and contact information, to our inbox. Web Hosting Canada hosts the receiving email inbox. These services process information as part of providing hosting and email delivery. Their privacy notices explain their own practices.
Technical information and spam prevention.
Hosting the website involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address. To limit repeated form submissions, the application temporarily keeps counters associated with hashed versions of the submitted email address and client IP address in server memory. The form also contains a hidden field to help reject automated submissions. These checks are separate from the project details sent by email.
Cookies and analytics.
The website application currently has no advertising pixel or visitor analytics script. Its language switch uses English and French page addresses rather than an application cookie. Hosting services may still process technical information to deliver and protect the website. The providers’ practices are described in the notices linked above.
Email correspondence and external links.
Enquiries and replies are stored as email correspondence in our business inbox and handled by the email services involved in delivery. If you follow a link to another website, that website handles information under its own privacy practices. This notice covers this website and its project enquiry flow.
